Please complete in as much detail as possible to enable us to provide you with an accurate quote. We understand that event circumstances may change but please inform us at the earliest opportunity of these changes as failure to do so may invalidate your medical cover. Please note, we do not send single staff to an event, we made the difficult decision to use two as a minimum on the back of a few negative experiences.
