GWP Medical Services are event medical provision specialists. Having been providing medical cover across the region (and beyond) since 2019 we have built a wealth of experience. Our team prioritises safety and well-being at all events and does this with an individualised approach to each event.
Whether your event is a small and personal event with an attendance in the hundreds, or a large festival or county show with 30,000 or more attendees GWP has the experience to keep you, your staff and attendees safe.
We provide an end-to-end service. From initial event enquiry right through to an comprehensive debrief we will support you and your team. We know that no two events are the same, and as such with work closely with your to provide the optimal event medical provision.
We leverage our years of experience, in conjunction with the Purple Guide to ensure that the provided medical coverage is safe, efficient and SAG compliant.
Providing event medical coverage requires team work, and at GWP Medical Services we use a diverse range of clinical professionals to deliver optimal healthcare provision at any event, or any size.

From Doctors and Advanced Clinical Practitioners to First Responders we tailor the team for each event.

Every event has an Advanced Paramedic providing remote clinical support and at large events we utilise major incident medical managers to lead the clinical team.
To support clinical delivery, we have a range of vehicles that we can deploy as required.

From front-line spec ambulances to dedicated 4x4 vehicles we can get almost anywhere required.

As a CQC-registered provider, we are legally able to transport patients off the event site and to hospital if required. Meaning that we can completely remove the burden from statutory emergency medical services.
Many events are located in temporary venues. GWP Medical Services have the ability to transform non-permanent structures into fully functioning medical centres.

We have extensive experience catering for events requiring large medical centres with dedicated resuscitation, majors and minors provision.

These facilities are designed to provide a full range of care and to minimise the impact on local NHS services.
